This is an all inclusive club based on respect and friendship. A warm welcome awaits everyone, no matter what their ability. No one gets left behind; this is first and foremost a fun activity.
We are affiliated to Cycling Ireland and don't currently charge a membership. A valid Cycling Ireland membership will enable you to cycle with the club on a regular basis. A non Cycling Ireland member will only be permitted to ride with the club on a maximum of three occasions.

The jersey, is a striking, retro influenced grey black with neon green accents that shows visibility is not always simply a question of wearing more fluorescent clothing, but considering and understanding the use of colour and contrast and the environment in which it will be used.

Based in Lisbane Co Down between Comber and Killinchy including Ballygowan and Killyleagh.
We are a new, but growing club with a core of two dozen plus regular riders with diverse backgrounds and abilities, and have many guests from other local clubs.
The Poacher’s Pocket in Lisbane (Ireland’s Best Gastro Pub!) or wherever is most convenient.
Leisure rides for new members and Spring/Summer evening rides of around 25-30 miles enjoying the beautiful Co Down countryside. There are also many ad-hoc family rides throughout the year.
The club is an ideal medium for meeting new people and to get to know local roads.
Some new members want tips on how to ride in a bunch or are perhaps planning on taking part in a sportive or other challenges, riding with us is the ideal introduction.
Everyone is welcome to come out with us, no one is ever left behind, and it’s a great alternative to riding alone and has the added security of the company of experienced riders.
Our weekly rides attract many cyclists, all passionate about road cycling and all with varying experience and abilities.
During the winter "Ride & Spin" is organised for those wanting to keep their activity levels up.
We also arrange other social activities, trips to the theatre, hiking in the Mournes, Breakfast ride outs, BBQ’s, Halloween and Christmas parties.
If you wish to take part in a weekly ‘club run’ or check out any other planned activities join us on our Facebook page.
Remember no one is ever left on their own, so it’s the perfect opportunity for you to start cycling or even if you are returning to cycling after a time away.
It's not about the bike or about how fast or far we ride. It's about what we learn. Thats the joyride!
It's also a great way to learn the basic skills needed to ride safely and confidently on the road. Remember, anyone can go fast but the finer points of cycling are at slow speeds.
We want everyone to enjoy themselves. Avoid the stress of rushing around and to go at your speed no matter what age or ability. Coaching is available if desired.
Check out our Facebook page, come and be part of the pack!
